Associate Professor, Adrian Pryce DL
Chair
Adrian is Associate Professor in Strategy and International Business at University of Northampton, where he researches corporate citizenship and inclusive capitalism. A Crysalys founder member, he has served on boards including Scott Bader Commonwealth and The Hope Centre. His work with business, charity and community led to appointment as Deputy Lieutenant for Northamptonshire in 2017, serving the Lord Lieutenant on Commerce and Community sub committees.
Dominic Goble JP DL
Deputy Chair
Dominic serves as Deputy Lieutenant of Northamptonshire, supporting Lord Lieutenant responsibilities to King Charles III with particular focus on justice and citizenship. He has served as Justice of the Peace and sitting magistrate in adult and youth crime jurisdictions for over 30 years. As Youth Panels Representative to Midlands Region Magistrates Leadership Group, he chairs combined Youth Panel meetings representing all magistrates in youth jurisdiction across the region. His career as London Fire Brigade Group Commander, Head of Career Development and Lead Independent Quality Assurer earned him Fellowship of Institute of Fire Engineers, Chartered CIPD membership and Professional Forensic Science Society membership.
Samuel Alexander
Treasurer
Sam brings diverse experience across public, private and academic sectors as a passionate, results driven leader. His journey includes navigating Northamptonshire political landscapes to orchestrate transformative local government reform. He has honed strategic leadership skills through cross functional collaboration on organisationally aligned projects. As Associate Lecturer at University of Northampton, he mentors diverse students in Business Systems, Operations, Strategy and International Business, continuing his ambition to lead transformative projects driving positive organisational change.
Stephanie Adiele
Stephanie brings academic and private sector success to Crysalys. Having overcome lived childhood trauma, she achieved a First Class degree in International Business and serves as inspiring role model and support for young people facing adversity.
Jane Toman
Jane demonstrates excellent leadership within high quality public services through her tenure as Chief Executive of Blaby District Council (2016 – 2021) and earlier career at Northampton Borough Council (1986 – 1998). Passionate about doing the right thing and effective partnership working, she gained board experience as trustee for a Leicestershire Multi Academy Trust and served many years as one of two Independent Person Representatives on Northamptonshire Police Misconduct Panel.
Neville White
Neville brings three decades as Responsible and Sustainable Investment Advisor and Consultant based in Orpington, London. His portfolio of organisations demonstrates ethical finance principles, offering Crysalys valuable governance and investment expertise.
Cameron Waldron
Cameron is a Northamptonshire based finance expert, originally from Australia. He holds directorships at New England Financial Services and serves as Lead Consultant at Financial Wellbeing Lab. His background centres on building financial skills for life in ways that harness individual existing skills and potential. He believes financial education can alleviate inequality, build better society and positively impact wider economy.

Head of Innovation – Jane Deamer
Jane joined in 2018 as self employed consultant to steer strategy and initial charity activities. As Crysalys became established, she stayed on agile self employed basis supporting key projects and partnerships. She brings over 30 years expertise in business and philanthropic leadership with proven charity innovation track record, combined with Post Graduate Award in Strategic Leadership from UK Institute of Leadership and Management, First Class Honours in Applied Social and Community Studies and Diploma as Nationally Qualified Youth Worker. Jane has lived experience of trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Yvette Lambe
Yvette joined Crysalys in 2020 as commissioned Trauma Specialist, initially supporting Tackling Trauma project development. She provides wide ranging trauma and therapeutic expertise whilst delivering training and webinars. As psychotherapist, trainer and clinical supervisor with MSc in Counselling Children and Young People, she has practised since 2003 and holds Senior Accredited Therapist status with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Felicity Botterill
Having worked with trauma impacted children since 2007, Felicity initially provided UK Tackling Trauma training before becoming UK Project Manager in 2023. As psychotherapist, trainer and clinical supervisor, she brings substantial relevant expertise plus safeguarding management experience in education and care settings. She holds a Law degree and Masters in Counselling Children and Young People.
Mita Unalkat
Mita joined Crysalys as commissioned Project Manager in late 2025, having been involved voluntarily since 2018. With great energy and successful career spanning health sector, sales and alternative healing, she brings wealth of skills and expertise. Her connections with local, regional and international charities through philanthropic activities add valuable networks.
